The right solution for your lift truck
Lifting masts with a lifting capacity of up to 5,000 kg can be produced in all versions available, with a single mast section, 2, 3 or 4 mast sections. Optionally equipped with free lift. Free lift offers the possibility of lifting the forks, for part of the lifting height, without increasing the overall height of the mast.
The various options for a capacity of up to 5 tonnes
The listed capacity is related to the load centre of gravity of the load. In this category, this is normally 500mm and a standard forkboard option falls within the ISO 2328 standardisation. Here, the following different capacities are specified:
ISO class 1 (0-999 kg capacity)
- Load centre of gravity in mm: 400
- Class: A and B
- Ground clearance forkboard in mm: 76 at Class A. 114 at Class B.
- Forkboard height in mm: 331
ISO class 2 (1000-2500 kg capacity)
- Load centre of gravity in mm: 500
- Class: A and B
- Ground clearance forkboard in mm: 76 at Class A. 152 at Class B.
- Forkboard height in mm: 407
ISO class 3 (2501-4999 kg capacity)
- Load centre of gravity in mm: 500
- Class: A and B
- Ground clearance forkboard in mm: 76 at Class A. 203 at Class B.
- Forkboard height in mm: 508
Many other forkboard options are possible, as is the integration of an attachment. So there is much more to get out of your forklift truck than you might think. We are happy to think along with you.
All masts are personally designed including the mast suspension based on the drawing of your machine so that the original mounting components can be used. This way, each design complements your existing forklift and does not directly require a new forklift. We have years of experience and our in-house specialists know exactly what is possible. Customisation is provided through our exclusive collaboration with manufacturer Lift-Tek Elecar.
